Victory Monument
The military memorial complex, installed on Victory Square, was created over 20 years, from 1965 to 1985. Monument to Evpatiy Kolovrat
A monumental sculpture depicting a Russian hero riding a reared horse was created using folk funds and installed on Pochtovaya Square. Monument to S. Yesenin

Gorbunovs, won the competition for the best symbol of the regional center. The height of the sculpture is 120 cm. In addition to a family of charming mushrooms, it also depicts plants, insects and small animals that can be found in the Ryazan forests.
Monument to I.P. Pavlov
Located on the square in front of the Regional Philharmonic. Opened in 1949. Ivan Pavlov is a world-renowned scientist, the first Nobel laureate from Russia. The monument was created by artist M. "Students"

Memorial to the Ryazan soldiers who died in local wars

Monument to V.I.Lenin
The first monument to Vladimir Lenin on the eponymous square, the former Novobazarnaya, was installed in 1937. It was made of reinforced concrete and stood for 20 years. In 1957 it was replaced by a bronze monument by M. Manizer and E. Rogozhin. In 1993, the monument to the leader was dismantled, and a wooden cross took its place. However, a few years later, the sculpture was returned to its original place, where it still stands today.

Monument to V. Aksenov

Monument to the Soviet-Polish Brotherhood in Arms
The grandiose 19-meter composition of bronze and granite, symbolizing the Katyusha volleys, was opened in 1983. On its background, figures of Russian and Polish soldiers are depicted, raised above the ground to a height of 3.5 meters. The memorial is dedicated to the formation of the Polish infantry division near Ryazan in 1941-42. Its authors were a team of Soviet and Polish specialists. Monument to the Ryazan soldiers who participated in the Patriotic War of 1812

A funny urban sculpture dedicated to the age of total information and modern gadgets can be seen on Münster Street. It was installed near the central entrance to the hotel complex "Old City". Monument to the victims of the Chernobyl disaster
Every year on April 26, the townspeople gather for a rally in order to honor the memory of the victims of the terrible tragedy that happened in Chernobyl in 1986. 2.5 thousand residents of Ryazan took part in the elimination of its consequences. The memorial sign was erected in 2011 in the square on the square of Baku commissars. Grigory Petrov is known as the organizer of the Ryazan militia in 1917, an experienced military leader who commanded the Southern Army and then the Caucasian Front. Monument to F. Poletaev
A huge stele of red granite with a high-relief portrait of Fyodor Poletaev and warm words addressed to him is installed on the street of the same name. Also on the plate is the hero's hand gripping the barrel of a weapon. The legendary native of the Ryazan Territory became famous for his military exploits in 1941-45 on the territory of the USSR and Italy, where he fought with the Germans as a volunteer. Monument to V. Utkin
The Ryazan people erected the monument to the famous countryman, honorary citizen of the city in 1984. A prominent Soviet scientist, academician, doctor of technical sciences Vladimir Utkin took part in the development of the most modern launch vehicles, strategic missile systems, scientific and defense satellites and other spacecraft. Monument in honor of the Battle of the Vozha in 1378.
The legendary battle on the Vozha River ended with the victory of the Russian troops over the Golden Horde conquerors. It served as an important prerequisite for the Battle of Kulikovo and the beginning of the unification of Russia. In memory of this event, a cross and a monument depicting the disposition of troops during the battle were erected. Every year at this place, 50 km from Ryazan, on the territory of Glebov Gorodishche, an ethnofestival with fairs and a reconstruction of the battle is held.
